The Talent Acquisition Sr. IT System Analyst is a member of the HRIS Global Talent Management Team and plays a pivotal role in the administration, governance and adoption of our SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding systems.  This role focuses on driving system initiatives that accelerate Recruiting system user adoption, elevate the user experience, and automate Recruiting process efficiencies.  Working with Foundever Recruiting Stakeholders and the HRIS Global Talent Manager, this role delivers the system enhancements and projects to exploit the full capabilities of system investments within the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and onboarding modules.   The Talent Acquisition Sr. IT System Analyst is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the HRIS Manager of the Global Talent Management team for all work definition, work organization and quality control of delivered outcomes. 


 


This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in Canada.

Job Responsibilities

 



  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding system administration globally

  • Manage the development and expansion of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding system processes globally with an emphasis on user adoption, process simplification, process automation and improved user experience

  • Analyze business objectives and user needs and convert them into documented business requirements, technical designs, technical requirements, testing plans and deployment plans

  • Perform system implementation and system governance activities while adhering to the software delivery lifecycle

  • Manage system changes to Production adhering to HRIS and IT documentation and procedural requirements

  • Manage Tier 2 and 3 Recruiting & Onboarding support tickets and respond timely, accurately and professionally

  • Use standard analytical tools to perform root cause analysis and resolve application problems

  • Serve as subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding & Paradox

  • Adhere to delivery, audit and compliance schedules for system release deliverables

  • Research, analyze and test Recruiting & Onboarding product releases

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

  • To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior that are related to the Recruiting technology area 

Skills & Qualifications

 



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3+ years experience working in a global organization responsible for SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Recruiting & Onboarding process knowledge with an emphasis on best practices

  • Global mindset and experience in global system administration for global Recruiting projects using multiple system language

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

  • Experience with the entire SDLC lifecycle for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Modules with strong experience in RBP

  • Experience performing system audits

  • Focus on learning and continuous improvement

  • User-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple organizational levels

  • Ability to consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage buy-in and accomplish objectives

  • Proven experience with system design and configuration choices that solve business problems

  • Ability to identify, communicate and pursue opportunities for automation, process interoperability and efficiency

  • Proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

Preferred

 



  • SuccessFactors RXM certification or the desire to obtain certification

  • SuccessFactors ONB 1.0 certification or the desire to obtain certification

  • SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 certification or the desire to obtain certification

  • Experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management, Performance and Goal modules is highly desired but not essential

  • Experience in migrating from SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementation highly advantageous
