All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.</p> <p>Projects may include the following responsibilities:</p> <p>Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.<br />Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.<br />Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision.<br />Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.<br />Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.<br />Work collaboratively with other functions including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance to achieve business objectives.</p> <p>How will you get here?</p> <p>Undergraduate student pursuing an Operations / Engineering-related degree.<br />0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.<br />Experience using computer applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.<br />Native (or proficient) in English.<br />Internship will fulfill a 12-month University placement within curriculum.<br />Ability to be onsite – this is not a remote opportunity.<br />Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.</p> <p>If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <p>To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Country indicated for the opportunity they are applying to by either confirming Citizenship or the right to work for a 12-month placement.</p>
