Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Director of Information Operations & Insights to lead and scale our information services function. This leader will ensure that high-quality information assets fuel global go-to-market success, while embedding predictive models and actionable insights into daily operations.Key Responsibilities

    • Insights & Business Impact
    • Translate segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates.
    • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models.
    • Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, etc.

    Stakeholder CollaborationAct as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes.Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
    People LeadershipSet clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs.Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
    Operational ExcellenceUphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication.Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
    Strategic Operations & InnovationDesign and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning.Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse.Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability.
    Qualifications & Experience
      • Proven leadership of large-scale B2B information or operations teams
      • Strong expertise in segmentation, information sourcing, enrichment, and delivery workflows.
      • Familiarity with Third Party Tools
      • Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
      • Experience embedding predictive models into operational workflows.
      • Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.
