Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations when necessary, and promoting open communication within the organization.

Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback, and working with teams to enhance overall performance.

Training and Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and align with organizational goals.

HR Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
