Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Specialist at a growing US-based company. The Amazon Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon storefronts to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires expertise in product listings, advertising, inventory management, and customer engagement within the Amazon ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Amazon PPC campaign creation and management.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon product listings.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot account issues and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon accounts, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to platform policies.

Product Listing Optimization:

  • Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and conversion rates.

Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.

Inventory & Order Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) shipments.

Data Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales trends, advertising performance, and market competition to refine strategies.
  • Generate and present reports on KPIs to guide decision-making.

Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and resolve disputes to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
