Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking highly motivated, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates for our Night Shift operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in Walmarts supply chain by ensuring that merchandise is handled efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our distribution center and ensure that our stores are fully stocked, delivering products to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight and merchandise using manual or motorized equipment.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to retail locations and customers.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

  • Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track product movement and inventory levels.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed (training provided).

  • Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

  • Identify and report damaged or missing items to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.

  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning devices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is a plus, but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Night Shift: Typically 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday (may vary slightly depending on location).
