Job Title: TikTok Shop Coordinator

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a leading 9-figure jewelry and activewear brand, find a highly organized TikTok Shop Coordinator to support their rapidly growing live-commerce program. In this role, you’ll manage the behind-the-scenes operations that keep TikTok Lives running smoothly, from scheduling and documentation to creator communication and shop maintenance. Responsibilities:

Shop Operations & Administrative Support

  • Schedule and title TikTok Lives using TikTok Live Manager to maximize visibility.Confirm host availability and arrange coverage or replacements when needed.
  • Build and maintain live documentation (themes, product lineups, flash sales) in ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Assist during live sessions with product pinning, switching, and chat moderation.
  • Clip, label, and organize highlight moments for reuse across social media or internal channels.

TikTok Shop Creator Support

  • Manage creator messages in the TikTok Affiliate Center.
  • Respond to inquiries, flag high-value creators, and escalate key opportunities.
  • Keep the inbox organized and archive irrelevant messages.
  • Follow up with creators on posting timelines, reshipment needs, or product questions.
  • Coordinate with operations if creators report product or shipping issues.
  • Provide accurate information about the brand when responding to creator questions.

Instagram & TikTok Engagement

  • Respond to DMs across platforms (general inbox + message requests).
  • Reply to comments on PAVOI posts and engage with tagged content.
  • Support influencer, affiliate, and UGC relationship-building through proactive social engagement.
  • Assist with outreach as needed.
  • Identify and escalate major engagement opportunities.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and conversations to inform content and engagement strategies.
  • Communicate in a brand-aligned voice at all times.

Product & Platform Maintenance

  • Manage Product ID sets (PIDs) and assist with ongoing listing maintenance.
  • Support SPS Score and CCR tracking to ensure shop health and compliance.
  • Help create and maintain PIDs for new and existing listings.
  • Assist with PDP (Product Detail Page) updates including visuals, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Monitor metrics like OVL, CCR, and SPS Score to identify early issues.
  • Surface recurring customer complaints or listing errors and support appeal documentation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track daily live performance metrics (GMV, CTR, engagement, viewer duration).
  • Compile daily and weekly reports with insights and learnings.
  • Share concise updates with the team via Slack or email.

Ad Support

  • Assist with TikTok ad operations including GMV Max, ACA, and Spark Code Collection.

Requirements

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and collaborative platforms.
  • Proactive communicator who enjoys supporting multiple moving parts.
  • Interest in social media, jewelry, and e-commerce a plus.
  • Previous administrative or coordinator experience preferred but not required
