Also, Compass One’s exclusive partnership with Press Ganey leverages rich analytics to better understand how to improve experiences for patients, family, customers, caregivers, and the community.</p> <h3>Job Summary</h3> <p><a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/compass-group" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Compass Group</a> has a Remote 1099 Contractor opportunity for a<b> dietitian</b> focused Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist. </p> <h3>Responsibilities: </h3> <ul> <li>Sources, identifies, and develops dietitian candidate pipelines through multiple channels such as mining online resources and social media venues with an emphasis on hard to fill roles</li> <li>Assists the clinical recruitment team in the development of unique recruitment initiatives, including attracting passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, name generation and internet mining. </li> <li>Evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs preliminary screening and assessments based on qualifications for each position.</li> <li>Uses a broad range of sourcing techniques to develop a pipeline of pre-qualified leads for the clinical recruitment team and is responsible for generating and monitoring marketing and sourcing initiatives throughout the recruitment lifecycle.</li> <li>Researches and presents on industry trends and proactively updates sourcing strategies to ensure candidate pipelines are being maximized. </li> <li>Assists in conducting pre-screening activities (ie: CV review, candidate phone screen) as needed. </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications: </h3> <ul> <li>3+ years sourcing or directly recruiting for Credentialed Registered Dietitians</li> <li>Credentialed Registered Dietitian strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc… as a candidate identification and development tools. </li> <li>Expert knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and industry associations/niche web sites </li> <li>Demonstrated attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus)</li> <li>Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives</li> <li>Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates according to OFCCP laws.
