Schedule: Monday to Friday (04:00 PM -01:00 AM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in passenger airline technology, working with industry-specific systems and solutions.
  • Expertise with working with airline technology, specifically the customer journey supporting their e-commerce solution including PSS and NDC, GDS or Offer & Order.
  • Deep understanding of passenger data structures and storage, including loyalty CRM, PNRs, EMDs, and other passenger data feeds.
  • Strong knowledge of ancillary offerings, including bundling, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in system connectivity and API integration, including designing and building integrations, managing API documentation (e.g., Swagger), and implementing best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, SQL, and NoSQL, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services like Lambda, Kubernetes, and DynamoDB.

What will you do?

  • Be instrumental in the development of client’s post-flight platform, particularly with integrations and workflows with internal airline systems.
  • Design and manage various API connections and data flows from both airline ancillary and loyalty applications to/from the Arcube platform, including creating high level designs with developers.
  • Be a technical point of contact, taking meetings with airlines during sales and technical conversations.
  • Enable data to be used in downstream use cases like customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing.
  • Optimize product architecture & data systems for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
