This role is </span><strong>vertical-based, not territory-based</strong><span>. Sales Representatives are aligned to the industry where they already have experience, relationships, and credibility. This is an opportunity for independent, self-directed sales professionals who are comfortable owning the full sales cycle and building long-term client relationships. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for people who already know how to sell.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Sales Representatives will be responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><span>Prospecting and developing new private label and custom manufacturing opportunities within their assigned vertical</span></li><li><span>Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through deal close</span></li><li><span>Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline</span></li><li><span>Educating prospective clients on Balmsly’s private label capabilities, MOQs, pricing structure, and timelines</span></li><li><span>Collaborating with internal teams on samples, pricing approvals, and onboarding new clients</span></li><li><span>Representing both Balmsly and Poppy & Pout professionally and accurately in all sales conversations</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span>Proven sales experience within the vertical you are applying for</span></li><li><span>Demonstrated ability to close deals independently</span></li><li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span>Comfort working in a commission-only structure</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage your own time, pipeline, and follow-up</span></li><li><span>Experience with private label, contract manufacturing, wholesale, or B2B sales strongly preferred</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Sales Verticals</strong></p><p><span>Candidates must apply for </span><strong>one primary vertical</strong><span> based on their experience.
