We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Ticketing & Travel Support Agent to join our team in the dynamic airline industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, ticket modifications, travel inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting travelers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.

  • Assist customers with ticket pricing, fare rules, and travel policies.
