Remote Phone Sales Representative – The Dash Shop

About Us: The Dash Shop is a fast-growing local commerce platform that helps small retailers promote their products, offer digital coupons, and connect directly with local customers through our app and web marketplace with Free Delivery for the Retailers.. We’re expanding nationwide — and we’re looking for driven phone sales reps who can help onboard local retailers in their area.

Position Overview: We’re hiring Remote Phone Sales Representatives to research retail leads, make scripted sales calls, and schedule in-store demos for our marketing team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic company with high earning potential and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

● Research and qualify local retail leads (boutiques, Men & Women Clothing, salons, gifts, shoes, etc.)

● Make a set number of scripted outbound calls per day (training provided)

● Engage store owners about joining The Dash Shop Retailer Program

● Schedule in-store or virtual demos for the marketing and onboarding team

● Track calls, responses, and appointments in our CRM system

● Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews.

Ideal Candidate:

● Clear, confident phone presence and professional communication skills

● Goal-driven, organized, and comfortable making daily outbound calls

● Experience in B2B or local business sales is a plus (but not required)

● Access to a computer, or phone, and stable internet connection

Compensation: Commission-based (1099). Average active reps earn $600–$1,500 per week, with performance bonuses and weekly payouts.

Top performers can exceed $2,000/week through demo scheduling and team bonuses.
