PEG is working with a large, privately owned, global company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeking an Office Assistant to join their team for a short-term contract (90 days+). This is a fully REMOTE role. The hours are Monday-Friday, approx 8 am-5 pm or 7a-4p CST. Need more? Perks include a quick, straightforward interview process and working for one of the 'Most Innovative Companies of the Year. ' This role offers $15/hour. 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage inbound calls to the client's risk management division, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Assist clients with car repair needs, offering guidance and solutions to ensure a smooth process.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate party, ensuring efficient handling of open claims.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
  • Enter information into the database, assuring accurate documentation of all conversations. 
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
  • 1+ year of administrative as well as customer support experience
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have your own computer, webcam, 4 GB RAM and 3MB Download Speed
  • Professional communication and a comfortability with being on the phone the majority of your day
