Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Culture and business leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Anticipate workforce needs and ensure recruitment, retention, and development plans support current and future business growth.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and career development across all teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, team member relations, and compliance.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for all new hires (employees and contractors), fostering strong integration into HelpGrid’s culture and values.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, contractor agreements, and legal requirements.
  • Support compensation reviews, benchmarking, and pay structure adjustments to maintain fairness and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Culture on engagement, recognition, and well-being programs.
  • Act as a trusted resource for team members, handling inquiries and resolving workplace issues with fairness and professionalism.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen communication, trust, and connection across distributed teams.
  • Strengthen workforce analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Leverage HRIS and analytics tools to inform decisions around hiring, retention, and performance.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members, promoting professional growth and ownership of operational tasks.
  • Act as a bridge between strategic HR planning and real-world business execution.

Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, ideally within a SaaS company or high-volume operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices, with the ability to adapt across different cultural and legal contexts.
