2+ years of Customer Success or Customer Service experience — You've supported clients, managed communication, and handled CRM workflows
Strong English communication skills — Clear, confident, and empathetic over phone, chat, and email
Tech-savvy — You're comfortable using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), Fieldd (optional) , Google Suite and Notion
CRM discipline — You log every interaction, manage follow-ups, and stay organized
Customer-obsessed — You genuinely care about helping customers and stay with them until their issue is fully resolved
Self-motivated and coachable — You take initiative, accept feedback, and continuously improve
Reliable setup — Stable internet (20 Mbps+), power backup, and professional home office
Team-first mentality — You collaborate smoothly and help teammates succeed

Technical Requirements

Quiet, professional home workspace
Reliable internet (20 Mbps minimum) + backup option
Quality headset and webcam for calls and meetings
Experience with GHL, Fieldd (optional) , Google Suite, Notion, and CRM tools

Schedule & Setup

  • Remote — 100% work-from-home
  • Shift — 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM PH Time (aligns with US business hours)
  • Days Off — weekdays off
  • Must be responsive during working hours

Compensation & Growth

$800 USD per month (base pay)

What You'll Do

Provide outstanding support to customers via chat, email, and phone
Own customer issues from start to finish — you don't stop until the problem is solved and the customer is happy
Maintain accurate CRM and Notion records of all communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing
