About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support the founding team of a rapidly growing US tech start-up. This is a fully remote role for a candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and can confidently communicate with senior stakeholders and VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute strategic and operational projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Oversee complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements
  • Liaise directly with investors, enterprise clients, and senior partners with professionalism and polish
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing documentation
  • Coordinate internal workflows, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams
  • Anticipate needs, prioritise competing demands, and maintain momentum on key deliverables
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across the business

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting founders or executives in a start-up or tech environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native level)
  • Confident engaging with VIP clients and senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Asana, etc.)
  • Self-starter with strong judgement and the ability to work independently
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
