Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Calling Representative to join our remote call center team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and customer engagement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, generating leads, and supporting our sales efforts through outbound calling campaigns—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script and campaign strategy.

  • Effectively communicate the value of Progressive Technologys products and services.

  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Accurately document customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Handle objections professionally and remain courteous and persuasive during all interactions.

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Continuously seek to improve call effectiveness through coaching and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection positively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, telemarketing, or outbound sales role.

  • Experience working in a remote environment is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with call center technologies and outbound dialing systems is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.

  • Flexible scheduling with availability required during core business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional weekend availability may be requested based on campaign needs.
