Omni Channel Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist I to join our growing team. This role is key to supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring seamless execution across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities include handling bookkeeping and deduction reporting, managing Amazon shipment processing and reconciliation, optimizing product listings, and analyzing sales and inventory data. The role also supports supply chain strategies by maintaining consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely execution of deliverables.

Additional duties involve providing regular weekly updates, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting Operations Specialists in day-to-day activities. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central is a plus.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.

  • The Employee is required to stand, walk, bend, use his/her hand to handle or feel objects, or tools, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear for extended periods of time.

  • Frequently standing/sitting/walking up to 8 hours per day

  • Frequently using hands/arms up to 8 hours per day

DAILY TASK:

  • Handles general bookkeeping journal entries, monthly deduction reporting, and execution and reconciliation of shipment processing on Amazon.

  • Maintain and optimize current product listings ensuring accurate customer facing information and content on all Fulfillment by Amazon items across multiple brands.

  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory data.

  • Devise creative and effective supply chain/shipping approaches, solutions, and proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal supply chain and accounting partners as well as external parties in daily maintenance of our supported brands.

  • Proactively communicates solution-based challenges and brand updates weekly.

  • Tracks KPIs and reports on supply chain performance while providing support to Operations Specialists.

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the client.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1-year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Coordinator, Account Management, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., Inventory planning, logistics, warehouse management)
    Experience with Shortages, Setting up shipments, and Chargeback

  • Understanding of e-commerce and retail in a virtual environment is not necessary but preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
