## WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 📍We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations Manager, to join our team. You will collaborate with teams across business and technology to drive an operationally-centered mindset to deliver premium digital experiences to Nike’s consumers. Your focus will be on the end-to-end consumer experience and constantly find ways to make things run better and faster. You will focus on removing friction for our consumers on our Digital Platforms, and will be a key stakeholder to drive the operational strategies and execution. 📍You will support the Nike Pacific Digital Business, leading the seasonal and non-seasonal assortment preparations, you will establish project management methodology across the Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations team, support and manage a variety of key strategic digital projects across all Digital platforms, develop standards and processes, track product roadmaps, and lead user and site experience improvement with an understanding of Pacific Digital market needs. ## WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? 📍You’ll work closely with the rest of Digital Operations to develop, drive and execute the operational strategy for the Nike Direct Digital Commerce team. You will define opportunities and drive priorities to enhance and scale the efficiency of the team through new tools and internal processes. 📍As the Nike Direct Digital Operations Manager you will bring a great consumer experience to life on Pacific Nike.com and Apps by reviewing UX and UI opportunities to improve the overall digital journey. 📍You will manage day-to-day Nike.com and App operations. This includes activities like product setup, product activation, and product launches. You will also proactively monitor and troubleshoot technical website issues by liaising with Global support teams. 📍You will drive the operational process for business initiatives, retail and sports moments with excellence and be the conduit between Digital Merchandising, Planning (DSM), Brand, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, Digital Product and IT Production Support teams. Provide regular updates on seasonal readiness, product launches and issue resolution by troubleshooting system issues related to production systems with appropriate internal technology teams. 📍Assist with pricing production and validation and promotion code creation and distribution, and drive and communicate the status of projects to all stakeholders regularly and track stakeholder feedback. 📍You will work with internal partners to suggest and implement improvements and changes to digital operational tools. You will communicate with, and drive consensus with business partners and negotiate diverse points of view and priorities while using a methodology that builds adherence to sound digital practices. ## WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH? 📍Reporting to the Nike Direct Digital Commerce Experience Operations Director, you will partner with the Territory Business team, the Territory and Global Product & Technology, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, Global Operations and other Nike Direct functions to deliver critical projects, as well as working closely with external agencies to ensure growth for our newly established local digital commerce channel. ## WHAT YOU BRING 📍Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field and/or 5+ years’ experience in digital platform, e-commerce or website operations 📍Experience in (and passion for) digital e-commerce with a specific focus on operational process improvement 📍Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under very tight timelines 📍Strong and demonstrated ability to partner, influence and communicate effectively in a highly complex matrix environment with multiple business functions 📍Proven management and interpersonal skills and ability to clarify or resolve discrepancies 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations 📍Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group 📍Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency presentation creation and excel
