Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Night Shift Data Encoder to join our growing remote team. As a Data Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems during night hours. This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for candidates who thrive in a quiet, focused environment and prefer working at night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and proprietary software systems

  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Review and correct data inconsistencies or missing information

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled

  • Perform data cleanup and formatting tasks as required

  • Generate basic reports and summaries when needed

  • Collaborate with other remote team members and managers to ensure timely delivery of work

  • Follow company data entry standards and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or data entry are a plus

  • Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum of 50 WPM preferred)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

Experience

Working Hours
