Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong marketing background with experience in content creation, and social media management.
  • Well versed in data entry and administration.
  • Proficiency in using online platforms such as eBay, Dotmed, and Shopify.
  • Experience in creating simple pages and manage contents on Shopify website.
  • Experience with customer communication tools and CRM software (experience with ZOHO is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

What will you do?

  • Data Entry & Administration:
    • Key in serial numbers into Medimizer (Back End) system for tracking and management.
    • Handle possible quotes for repairs once ZOHO is implemented.
    • Pull medical equipment serial numbers and communicate with manufacturers for ownership change requests.
    • Answer phone calls and provide support for customer inquiries.
  • Marketing & Content Creation:
    • Manage and create content for social media platforms to drive engagement.
    • Assist with email blasts to customers and subscribers.
    • Manage multiple email accounts and ensure timely communication.
  • Product Management:
    • Oversee and manage products listed on eBay, Dotmed, and the company website.
    • Send tracking information to customers upon request.
    • Create simple pages and manage content on a Shopify website.
