What you will do 

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to support our Customs Clearance and Industrial Systems operations. The role is responsible for designing, improving, and deploying business processes, including data analysis, system optimization, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.

 

The Process Engineer will collect and analyze data, perform process mapping, and provide data-driven recommendations that enable senior leadership to make informed decisions. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, IT, and Operations, as well as active engagement with regional stakeholders

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data, and present clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop reports, business proposals, and improvement cases with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Map, design, and continuously improve end-to-end business and customs clearance processes.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams on forecasts, automation, and process integration.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are prioritized and delivered on time.
     

You will be a great fit if you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering, business process improvement, or customs operation.
  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management skill.
  • Advantageous: Lean Six Sigma, Python, SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
