Growth Marketer (Outbound) - Entry-Level / Internship
For a Sustainability Intelligence SaaS (B2B) Platform
Are you smart, scrappy, high-energy, and ready to take on real marketing and outbound growth challenges? Join us if you're a self-starter eager to make an immediate impact and learn SaaS sales growth from the inside!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) using LinkedIn, email, conferences, webinars, reports, online communities, and personal content channels.
2. Build and manage high-quality target lists by industry, geography, and job title (e.g., Sustainability Managers, ESG leads, etc.).
3. Proactively reach out to prospects using personalized LinkedIn messages and cold emails to secure platform demos and establish relationships.
4. Represent and promote our brand on LinkedIn through both company and your own profiles, bringing fresh content and engagement ideas.
5. Run outbound prospecting campaigns, track outreach, and keep efforts organized in a simple CRM or spreadsheet.
6. Deeply research companies and decision makers before outreach so every message is relevant and impactful.
7. Collect insights and feedback from outreach to improve our message, targeting, and processes.
8. Track performance, report outreach activity, and suggest experiments to improve results.
9. Support growth and marketing experiments as assigned.

Who You Are

1. Recent college graduate or final-year student - no full-time experience needed, but hustle is a must.
2. Critical thinker, resourceful problem-solver, and self-starter who doesn't wait for instructions.
3. Comfortable working independently on outbound tasks in a fast-moving environment.
4. Confident presence and communication style; sales or promotion experience (even college-level) is a plus.
5. Strong LinkedIn/social media fluency - knows how to create, promote, and engage professionally online.
6. Exceptionally organized - can track activities, follow up, and keep lead lists up to date.
7. Analytical, motivated by growth targets and open to feedback.
8. Interest in SaaS, B2B, or sustainability is helpful, but background in sustainability is NOT required.

Role Details

1. Outbound Marketing - primarily LinkedIn/email lead generation, research, and campaign support.
2. Basic pay: 10000/month + 3,000 bonus for hitting mutually decided targets
3. Location - India (remote)
4. Commitment: 20 hours/week.
