Includes ensuring orders are placed for items running low on weeks cover with the customer's Replenishment Planner. Order Fulfilment - Involvement in the co-ordination of fulfilment of orders - aligning recovery dates and when orders are placed. Ensuring PO's are still valid and have not fallen off customer system. Feedback to the business for orders rejected and the reasons thereof, missed deliveries and the communication thereof. Reporting - daily report on KVI lines and days of cover and when the next order is coming in to ensure KVI lines are always well stocked. Promotional activity - a month's forward view on promotional lines and adequate stock to support promotions and call out any risk SKUs that are on upcoming promotion with low stock levels and recovery after promotion has broken Achievement of Sales Targets: Manage sales targets Obtain relevant sales information Assist with promotional plans and implementation thereof within DC Communicate out of stocks to relevant stakeholders regarding: Company out of stocks DC out of stocks Relevant production information and recovery times Negotiate bulk orders at DC and Key Franchise stores. Effective administration: Provide management listing, including: Ranging De-listing Item numbers NPD listing and activation Provide weekly reports to management on the following: Allocations Late deliveries Queries Out-of-stock Service levels Short dated lines Overstocks Problem stores Ranging issues Customer and company Liaison Assist with arranging of Trade shows to ensure proper representation Develop and maintain effective customer relationships Develop and maintain effective relations with Franchise Owners & Managers Develop and maintain internal company relationships and co-operation Meet and liaise with Customer replenishers Meet with company KAM`s and customer Buyers Meet with company Regional Sales Operations Managers Meet with 3rd party sales and merchandising agents Meet with Catman Managers Effective management and distribution of Company products Meet on a regular basis with DC Management Team Meet with Customer Buyers on a regular basis Supply Operational Team with timely and accurate feedback Manage deliveries: Booking slots Order numbers Co-ordination Tracking and feedback Emergencies and fill in orders Order configuration and Truck load mix Liaison with Company delivery expeditors Follow up on picking slips. Ensure effective housekeeping of product categories Liaise with call center Liaise with DC Management Communicate buy-in objectives with 3rd party Field Managers Resolve and escalate queries Effective Teamwork and self-management.
