As a Content Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content across all our platforms, from our website to social media channels. Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and innovative content for all digital platforms, including website, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current events, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and ensure Tesla's digital presence remains innovative and relevant. Oversee the content production process, including ideation, creation, review, and publishing, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule and timely updates. Work with external agencies and freelancers to source and produce visual assets, such as images and videos, for digital content. Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms and devices. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all digital content. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business goals and meets their needs. Maintain a strong understanding of SEO best practices and incorporate them into content creation and optimization. Manage the content budget, including vendor relationships, invoicing, and tracking expenses. Train and guide team members on content creation, best practices, and tools to ensure consistency and quality.
