We’re looking for a Channel Operations Analyst to play a crucial role in managing and optimising our presence across third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. You’ll ensure our listings are top-notch, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and guests.

As part of the Channels team, you’ll combine your problem-solving and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail to manage listing quality, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

  • Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
  • Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in operations, listing management, or Data Analysis at a tech-enabled business (scaleup experience a plus).
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, formatting).
  • SQL experience
  • Exposure to Looker (or similar)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution oriented mindset, you enjoy figuring things out.
