We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our client’s team in a dynamic part-time role combining financial record management with client engagement. This role involves bookkeeping, commission tracking, investor log management, and direct client interactions. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly.
  • Accurately track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker, ensuring precise reporting.
  • Record and manage investor logs, maintaining current and accurate data for internal use and reporting.
  • Reconcile records to align financial data with current transactions and forecasts.
  • Proactively contact clients who have been declined to provide guidance and explore alternative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the special financing department to facilitate customized client solutions.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients via phone and email.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all financial documentation and client information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable and confident communicating with clients, particularly in sensitive or declined situations.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or sales tracking systems is preferred.
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling client inquiries or challenges.

Additional Information

  • This position operates within the EST time zone, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Flexibility to align with these hours is required.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
