Position: Amazon Logistics & Operations Strategist — Full Time

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, semi-flexible (12-5pm GMT core hours)

About The Role: As a Logistics & Operations Strategist, you will support the Head of Supply Chain in analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies. This role focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions, while identifying and implementing improvements that enhance logistics performance across Amazon and Shopify channels.

Responsibilities Amazon/E-commerce Platform Oversight: Support the management of Amazon and Shopify, both in the US and the UK, order management platforms, and integration tools to ensure smooth transaction flows and customer satisfaction. Supply Chain & Inventory: Strategise end-to-end supply chain operations alongside the Head of Supply Chain, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency. Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment. Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Understand relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners alongside the Supply Chain team to secure favorable terms and reliable service. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making. Agency Involvement: Be involved in the management of Agencies, ensuring well maintained relationships and deliverables kept in a timely manner. Reporting to management when necessary. Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for operations, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service. Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite Shopify experience Experience with Helium10
