<strong>About The Job<br><br></strong><strong>Position:</strong> Fulfillment Representative.<br><br><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Contractual (20 Hours Weekly)<br><br><strong>Salary: </strong>PHP 12,000.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>We are looking for a Fulfillment Representative to collaborate on our product review campaigns. This person is responsible for daily order fulfillment on e-commerce marketplaces. Training is provided. The successful candidate must love online shopping and have a curious and results-oriented mindset. In this role, you will work closely with the Fulfillment Team and report to the Operations Manager to assist in smooth day-to-day operations.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day order fulfillment as part of the product review campaign execution.</li><li>Work closely with the Fulfillment Team in purchasing and continued testing to improve product review campaign results.</li><li>Product review copywriting.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot campaign issues that arise. Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth campaign execution.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Marketing or a relevant field is an asset.</li><li>A highly self-motivated individual who demonstrates a strong degree of self-initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems</li><li>An agile, resourceful learner with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to keep grace under pressure, multitask, prioritize based on business needs, and provide timely updates.</li><li>A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with team members with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset to absorb the technical details of ever-evolving tools.</li></ul>
