Job Summary:
The DSP Specialist is a designer of advertising solutions and a driver for revenue growth for clients. The responsibilities include project management, providing recommendations through data-driven solutions. The incumbent shall be a subject matter expert who can provide education and nurturing for advertisers, crafting proposals through creative data, guiding creating testing and providing invaluable insights.  
Key Responsibilities:
Reports to the Sales Manager/ Operations Manager regarding the productivity under the Operations Department, the challenges encountered with their respective action plan, and strategies to be developed or implemented;

Specific Responsibilities:
a. Create Standard Operating Procedures for DSP Processes including setup, optimization and management to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery;
b. Building advertising solutions to grow the revenue of our clients;
c. Seamless project management of campaigns;
d. Providing data-driven creative strategy recommendations;
e. Ongoing advertiser education aimed at helping them grow their business on Amazon;
f. Diving deep into creative data, recommending creative testing, and providing creative insights to our advertisers;
g. Providing efficient and accurate campaign management;
h. Identifying opportunities to improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams continuously;
i. Mentoring PPC Strategists and support them in programmatic client conversations;
j. Upholding our customers’ experience;
k. Other related duties.  
Competencies:
Education: At least a Diploma in any discipline;
Skills and Work Experiences: 
a. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in DSP advertising on Amazon.
b. 2+ years of experience as a DSP Specialist
c. Proficiency in Amazon DSP tools and platforms.
d. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution.
e. Data-driven and analytical mindset, capable of providing valuable insights and recommendations.
