We've received recognition for our work by many esteemed organizations, learn more at <strong>ADP Awards and Recognition.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>New business sales to clients who have 200 + employees in South Africa (can have even higher numbers of employees globally)</li><li>Selling across ADP South Africa’s Payroll and HR solutions – full sales and delivery support in place for both local and global deals</li><li>The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a local deal taking 3-6 month with 3/4 stakeholders at $50,000 – $80,000 USD in year 1 revenue, or significantly more for a larger global deal.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Duties / Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with your sales leaders to create your annual business plan, determining sales targets and actions to achieve the established quota; achieve and exceed quota through the assigned portfolio</li><li>Use a variety of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business</li><li>Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos</li><li>Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise success</li><li>Work with presales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs</li><li>Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution</li><li>Maintain chosen ADP data base management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of new business sales experience in IT Solutions / Services / HR in South Africa</li><li>Full Right to Work and a full driving licence in South Africa</li><li>Commutable to Pretoria 3 days per week</li><li>Experience in outbound lead generation and proactively growing a new business territory</li><li>A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas excess of $300k USD</li><li>Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals in the $50-100k USD annual revenue range</li><li>Ideally you will have experience selling multi country products, but this is not essential</li><li>Must have fluent English language skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer. </strong>This role offers the perfect platform for sales professionals to be fully supported to win global, complex deals, develop their career, and earn:</p><ul><li>World class, structured induction programme</li><li>Highly competitive salary and compensation plan</li><li>A world class induction programme and individual on-going training – both locally and internationally</li><li>Realistic targets and earnings - we support our associates to overachieve.</li><li>We also celebrate success regularly with early starts, quarterly and annual awards, clubs and trips.
